Family Weekend will be held September 23-25, 2022.
Priority Registration for Family Association members will open on Thursday, August 18 at 9:00 AM CDT. All Family Association members will receive an email invitation to register.
Registration will open to all LSU families on Thursday, August 25 at 9:00 AM CDT.
Registration for all families will close on Thursday, September 8 at 11:59 PM CDT, or when maximum capacity is reached, whichever comes first.
Gold Package - **SOLD OUT**
Cost: $90 per person
Individual family members will have access to Family Weekend events and all-you-care-to-eat buffets for the entire weekend, including the Welcome Dinner, Dessert Social, and Tailgate, plus the Jazz Brunch. Includes Family Weekend souvenirs. The two time slots for the Jazz Brunch on Sunday, September 25 are 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Cost: $65 per person
Individual family members will have access to Family Weekend events and associated all-you-care-to-eat buffets at the Welcome Dinner and Dessert Social on Friday, September 23, and the Tailgate on Saturday, September 24. Includes Family Weekend souvenirs.
Fighting Tigers Package - **SOLD OUT**
Cost: $65 per person
Individual family members will have access to Family Weekend events and associated all-you-care-to-eat buffets at the Tailgate on Saturday, September 24, and the Jazz Brunch on Sunday, September 25. Includes Family Weekend souvenirs.
Tailgate Only Ticket
Cost: $40 per person
This ticket option is available for individual family members who will only attend the Family Weekend Tailgate on Saturday, September 24. Includes the all-you-care-to-eat buffet at the Tailgate and Family Weekend souvenirs.
- Please register and pay for all family members attending Family Weekend events, including your LSU student.
- There is no charge for children ages 5 and under to attend Family Weekend, but they must be listed on your registration form, so they will have a pass and lanyard to access the events.
- Only registered family members will be allowed access to Family Weekend-sponsored events.
- Your Family Weekend registration fee does not include football tickets, as those must be purchased separately after you complete your Family Weekend registration. For more information about ticket prices and policies, please visit our Football Tickets page.
Yes, your LSU student is considered a Family Weekend attendee and must register and pay to attend Family Weekend-sponsored events.
All payments for LSU Family Weekend are made by using a credit card on the online registration form. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted.
No, Family Weekend registrations are nonrefundable.
All families of current LSU students are invited to attend Family Weekend.
Definitely! Family Weekend is for everyone to enjoy, no matter their age.
There is no charge for children ages 5 and under to attend Family Weekend, but they must be listed on your registration form, so they receive an access pass.
If you want to take full advantage of the opportunities available throughout the weekend, we encourage you to arrive by Friday morning (September 23). We will host educational sessions, meet-and-greets, and more throughout Friday. The tailgate and football game will be held on Saturday, and the weekend will culminate with a Jazz Brunch on Sunday. More details about the Family Weekend 2022 schedule will be posted on our Schedule of Events page as they become available.
Yes, students will need to know the name of the primary registered contact and may pick up the packet during check-in.

The LSU Tigers will be playing the University of New Mexico Lobos in Tiger Stadium.
Football tickets will be available to family members registered for Family Weekend. Details on how to purchase these tickets will be sent in a confirmation email received after registering for Family Weekend. Only registered family members are eligible for these football tickets.

Football tickets in the Family Weekend allotment are reserved ONLY for family members registered for Family Weekend. The number of football tickets ordered CANNOT EXCEED the number of family members that you register for Family Weekend. For information on football tickets available to the general public, please visit www.lsutix.net.
Confirmation emails are sent out in the order registrations are received. Football tickets are limited so please do not delay in purchasing your tickets once you receive your confirmation email.
Lower Level - North End Zone = $40 per ticket - **SOLD OUT**
East Upper Deck Section 630 = $16 per ticket
If your LSU student purchased a student ticket to the football game, he or she can use that ticket to sit in the student section of Tiger Stadium. The student section is located in the North End Zone. If you would like your student to sit with your family for the game, you will need to purchase an additional ticket through the Family Weekend group block of tickets.
Yes, but your student will sit in the student section only. If your student would like to sit with registered family members, you will need to purchase an additional ticket in the Family Weekend group block of tickets.
Football tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not delay in purchasing your football tickets once you receive your confirmation email. Tickets in the Family Weekend allotment are only available to families who register for Family Weekend.
Please indicate on the registration form if any member of your family has any dietary restrictions.
