Administrative Computing Services

 Administrative Computing Services (ACS) (formally Financial System Services)supports approximately 600 customers within the Thomas Boyd area and the President’s Office with an all-inclusive (computer, data, application) support solution. 
 
Support is offered between 7:00am until 4:30pm.
 
ACS provides Windows and Mac OS machines with a standard suite of applications and management tools, ensuring continuity of user experience from receipt of the system to tech support. Windows machines are equipped with a next business day warranty in the event of a hardware failure.
 
Currently all images include:

  • Windows 10 Professional/Enterprise (latest build)
  • Office 2016
  • Google Chrome
  • IBM PCOMM (mainframe access) 

Additional supported software available for installation:

  • SAS EG (certain machines)
  • Adobe Products (requires external license)
