- Rates listed are per student, per semester, and are subject to change. Rent rates do not include LSU Dining meal plans which are required for first--year students living on campus.
- All utilities (electricity, water, sewage, trash), Internet service and basic cable TV are included.
- Price differences are due to building age, room style, apartment style, bath style, and academic programs associated with the building.
- Residents are required to sign an academic-year contract that includes both fall and spring semesters.
- Rent is paid by the semester on the fee bill. Payment options are available with the Bursar’s Office.
- Each student is provided a mailbox located in the UPS Store in the Student Union. When the rent charge listed below is loaded on the fee bill an additional $35 per semester for the mailbox fee will be added to it.
