Dr. O’Neal on COVID and LSU

Dear LSU Community,

Please watch as Dr. Catherine O’Neal from our Health and Medical Advisory Committee offers insight into our decision to lift the mask mandate and make other changes to our COVID-19 protocols. We will provide more information about the spring semester in the coming weeks.

Please note that masks are still required on Tiger Trails buses and in the Student Health Center.

Don’t forget to get a COVID booster shot as well as a flu shot to help protect yourself. COVID vaccines, including boosters, are available on campus. Flu shots are also available at the Student Health Center. Masks are still encouraged when gathering in large groups, so please be cautious and use good judgment over the Thanksgiving holidays.
