Biography
Dan Yost is currently an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in Sport Administration and Sport Management for the School of Kinesiology. He possesses over 18 years of experience in higher education. His research interests lie in sport law and service learning in sport. He has published research in various sport and academic journals, including the International Journal of Sport Management and The Review of Black Political Economy. As a licensed attorney, he held positions in player agency and professional team sports. Dan has administrative experience having previously served for 12 years as a department chair. In his current role, he oversees the Online BS in Sport Administration program. He has taught over 15 different courses at the graduate and undergraduate level.
