Innovation Award Retention Requirements
To retain the award, recipients must maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA and 67% of the
hours they attempt as well as meeting the University’s Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy. This policy is checked following each semester. In addition, the financial need
status of this award is based on the annual submission of the FAFSA.
The scholarship shall be withdrawn for any semester in which the recipient drops to part-time status prior to the completion of the 14th day unless it is the student’s graduating semester. The student will be eligible for funds in the subsequent semester provided all other criteria are met.
Additional, retention of all University scholarships is contingent upon available funding.
