Important Notice Regarding the 2022 Stately Oaks Festival

Due to the recent surge in the Omicron variant of the COVID-19 virus, the LSU Department of Bands unfortunately must cancel the Stately Oaks Band Festival, originally scheduled for early February 2022.

We are extremely disappointed to share this news, however, the safety of students and guests on our campus is of the utmost priority, and we do not believe that hosting the festival is aligned with best health practices at this time. We are looking forward to bringing this incredible experience back in 2023.

Refunds will be automatically processed for anyone who is already registered. There is no need to reach out to request a refund, however, we do ask for patience as the process may take some time.
