I love that our team has a small part is shaping a future tiger's ability to call LSU their home. My goal is that whether a student is an incoming tiger, or current student living on campus, we can always help them to feel more confident and comfortable in their overall LSU experience because of the work we do!

Little did you know

I was a 6th Grade ELA teacher for 5 years prior to returning to LSU in this role. My first class of students are now here at LSU. It's super special to get to run into my previous students here on campus and to get to see them shine!

One thing first-year students should know

You don't have to have it all figured out during your first year here on campus with us. In fact, that's kind of the point. Our LSU faculty and staff is committed to guiding you through this journey, and you're not alone in that endeavor! Whether it's needing help navigating a conflict with your roommate, or changing your major, or finding an internship, we have teams in place just for YOU!

My favorite word

One I've sort of made up? "Figureoutable" A common phrase in the work I get to do is "Everything is figureoutable." In my day-to-day operations, I often come across problems that I have not yet resolved before. I am committed to ensuring that even if I don't immediately know the solution, I have people to lean on to assist me in figuring out the best possible solution for our tigers!
