Our Tiger HATS (Human Animal Therapy Service) dogs will be here to help with stress relief, so take some time to go pet some dogs and relax.

This course is an interactive presentation and reflection workshop on how we can reset into our parasympathetic tone to encourage learning, retention, and mental resiliency in the veterinary education and profession.
Learning Objectives
- A brief refresher of neurophysiology and the physiologic stress states
- How veterinary professionals live in sympathetic tone chronicity and the long term impact
- Discuss parasympathetic tone grounding techniques and mental reflection
- Bring back techniques to their desks, clinics, and hospitals to become more mentally resilient professionals
