Student Research Opportunity

The aim of Veterinary Research Summer Scholars Program is to provide veterinary medical students the opportunity to explore the world of biomedical and veterinary research. Students along with a faculty mentor will develop and complete a research project during the summer. The intent is to engage students in a creative, problem-solving research activities and provide them a learning experience that will lead to the discovery of new knowledge in an area of their choosing. Students will also have the opportunity to explore various career pathways into biomedical research. This program is sponsored by several organizations including Boehringer Ingelheim and the National Institute of Health.
