Each spring, all LSU Family Association members are invited to campus for our annual Spring Family Fling to enjoy a weekend of LSU athletic events and to experience Louisiana culture and cuisine while mingling with other LSU families. Laissez les bons temps rouler!

Registration
Registration for Spring Family Fling closed on Tuesday, February 14 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
All Family Association members received an email on February 2 with details about how to complete the registration process. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder, then email us at lsufamily@lsu.edu. Registration is required to attend Spring Family Fling.
Schedule of Events
Spring Family Fling Check-In
4–7 p.m.
Nicholson Gateway Apartments, Canal Hall - 3650 Nicholson Dr.
Registered participants should check in to pick up your Spring Family Fling materials, including nametags and t-shirts (if you pre-ordered them) prior to attending your first event.
LSU Baseball vs. Butler University
Begins at 6:30 p.m.
Alex Box Stadium
Cost: $5 per ticket
The Family Association block of tickets are located in sections 101 and 123. Tickets are limited, and they are expected to sell out quickly. Information about how to purchase tickets to the LSU Baseball vs. Butler University game will be emailed to you after you complete registration for Spring Family Fling. You must register and pay for at least one event during Spring Family Fling in order to receive the link to purchase baseball tickets.
Students do not need to purchase baseball tickets, unless they wish to sit with their families at Alex Box Stadium. Full-time LSU students will have free admission by scanning their Geaux Rewards app ticket. The student sections are located in sections 95, 96, and 97. Children under the age of 3 do not need a ticket for admission.

Mocktails & Masterpieces
7–9 p.m.
4-H Mini Farm
Registration is required.
Cost: $50 per person
The painting class will begin promptly at 7 p.m. and will last approximately two hours. Guests will receive step-by-step instructions from an experienced and enthusiastic local artist as they paint an LSU-themed piece of art.
Wear something comfortable. Aprons will be provided, but keep in mind that paint may still find its way to your clothing. Enjoy light snacks and creative mocktails while you paint. You'll leave with your own one-of-a-kind creation!
Cajun Cooking Experience
11 a.m.–1 p.m.
The Club at Union Square
Registration is required.
Cost: $40 per person
Join LSU Dining for a live and interactive cooking demonstration featuring your favorite cajun cuisine! Enjoy a three-course meal including shrimp remoulade, chicken and sausage gumbo, and bread pudding, and get ready - select members of the audience will be called up to help the chef prepare a portion of the meal! A cash bar will be available.
*Note: This event only has 60 spaces and is expected to sell out quickly!
Spring Family Fling Check-In

LSU Men's Tennis vs. University of Florida
Begins at 12 p.m.
LSU Tennis Complex
Cost: Free
Free admission is offered for the LSU Men's Tennis matches, courtesy of the LSU Athletics "Geaux Free" program. Simply show up to the LSU Tennis Complex to cheer on our Tigers!
LSU Baseball vs. Central Connecticut State University
Begins at 1:30 p.m.

Cost: $5 per ticket
Tickets for the baseball game on Saturday, March 4 at 1:30 p.m. are currently sold out. We'll update our website here if additional tickets become available to purchase. You must register and pay for at least one event during Spring Family Fling in order to receive the link to purchase baseball tickets.

Crawfish Boil Tailgate
3–6 p.m.
Nicholson Gateway Apartments, Canal Hall - 3650 Nicholson Dr.
Registration is required.
Cost:
- $35 per person (includes crawfish and jambalaya)
$10 per person (tailgate entry only - no food included)**
Free for children ages 5 years old and under (no food included)
Join us after the LSU Baseball game, while you enjoy tailgate games, a photobooth, music, and fun for the whole family!
The $35 per person ticket option includes access to enjoy the tailgate festivities + 3 lbs. of crawfish with a side or corn and potatoes, jambalaya, soft drinks, and bottled water.
**The $10 per person ticket option simply grants you access to enjoy the tailgate festivities. It does not include the cost of food or access to the crawfish and jambalaya. Food trucks will be available to purchase food on your own. Registrants can also bring in outside food and beverages.
No alcohol will be served, but registered attendees may bring in their own outside beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).

King Cake Tasting Party

Free for children ages 5 years old and under
Enjoy king cake samples from local bakeries, door prizes, and vote for your favorites. Registered adult family members can try up to eight samples of king cake from local bakeries. Registered children (ages 5 years old and under) can try up to three samples of king cake. Coffee, bottled water, and chips are included. A cash bar will also be available.
