One-Year MBA
Earn your MBA in an accelerated format.
The one-year MBA format is designed for students who have received an undergraduate
degree in business from an accredited university to complete the MBA program in only
11 months. It delivers a fast-track, cross-functional MBA experience to help launch
and accelerate your career.
This One-Year MBA program builds on your undergraduate education and prepares you
to grow as a business person. During your year in the Flores MBA Program, you will
not only strengthen your understanding of core business principles but also have the
chance to concentrate your studies in a specific area of business. Additionally, one-year
students can learn more about international business practices by participating in
one of our international study experiences.
STEM DESIGNATED
The Flores MBA Program now offers a STEM designation across our curriculum. Incorporating a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) framework with core business principles, this transformative MBA pathway equips students with industry-specific skills to make data-driven decisions in dynamic business environments.
International students in STEM degree programs can apply for a 24- month STEM extension of their F-1 Optional Practical training.
Curriculum & Program Structure
The Flores MBA One-Year (11-month) program is a 36-credit hour, cohort-based program that begins every August.
Curriculum is administered on a semester basis in a hybrid format. Each semester has two, eight-week modules with up to three courses offered at a time. One-year track students take seven core MBA courses and three complementary electives, which can be completed online.
One-year MBA students can also choose a global immersion experience offered each January and April as part of their elective requirements (three-credit hours per trip).

Specializations for a Career-Focused Curriculum
Students have the flexibility to shape their future by pursuing one of our in-demand specializations. Your specialization will communicate extensive knowledge of a particular field with applicable skills and tools to prospective employers. While not required, a career-focused curriculum will help you navigate your academic path and make you a more marketable candidate in your chosen industry.
Designed for students interested in careers in business analytics and data analytics. Students will complete hands-on projects to gain highly sought-after analytic skills. Those adding a fourth course can qualify for a Certificate in Analytics.
